News: Multi-vehicle crash on I-664 in Chesapeake leaves 3 injured

CHESAPEAKE, VA – A multi-vehicle accident in Chesapeake early Sunday morning left three people injured, according to WAVY.

Virginia State Police said the incident began when a Chrysler hit a wall on Interstate 664 south near Exit 13 at about 3 a.m. Two people in a Ford pickup truck stopped to help the driver, but their pickup was hit by a Buick, police said.

The Buick then overturned onto the driver of the pickup before hitting another vehicle, a U.S. postal truck.

Police said three people were injured in the wreck but did not identify them or disclose the extent of their injuries.
