News: 80-Year-old man killed in Chesapeake crash

CHESAPEAKE, VA – Authorities with the Virginia State Police have reported one fatality resulting from a single-vehicle crash in Chesapeake Saturday afternoon.

According to WAVY, Norman Nachbaur, 80, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash at the Bowers Hill Interchange near I-664 shortly before 4:00 p.m.

Investigators have not yet released an official cause as of Tuesday afternoon. However, they believe a medical emergency may have been a factor in the deadly crash.
