News: Woman facing DWI charges in deadly Norfolk collision

NORFOLK, VA – A woman is under arrest for causing a fatal crash in Norfolk Monday night, according to 13 News Now.

The woman, identified as 27-year-old Onyx J. Harmon, was allegedly behind the wheel of a van when she hit a car on Tidewater Drive near Lafayette Boulevard at about 9:20 p.m. The crash killed a passenger in the car, 51-year-old Paul F. Stone. The driver of the car sustained minor injuries.

Investigators said Harmon initially left the scene of the accident on foot before coming back. They believe she was intoxicated at the time of the crash.

Harmon is facing several charges, including driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated and hit and run.
