News: Man struck and killed by SUV on road in Chesterfield County

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Police said a man was struck and killed by an SUV on a roadway in Chesterfield County last week, according to WTVR.

The victim, identified as 38-year-old Sean J. Frederick, was reportedly sitting in the road in the 600 block of Boulders Parkway last Friday morning.

He was hit by a 2008 Toyota 4Runner at about 7 a.m., police said. Frederick was later pronounced dead at an area hospital.

The driver involved in the accident stayed at the scene.
