HAMPTON, VA – Three people were hospitalized following a car accident at a street corner in Hampton Wednesday afternoon.
According to a report by WAVY, police and rescue crews responded after two vehicles crashed at the intersection of W. Queen Street and LaSalle Avenue at about 1:45 p.m.
No details were immediately released on the conditions of the three people who were taken to the hospital.
Hampton Fire and Rescue posted photos on Facebook of the aftermath of the crash, showing that one of the vehicles ended up on its side while the other sustained significant front-end damage.
