Elisabeth Moore (Lis) is an attorney in the Norfolk office. She is a U.S. Navy veteran who has lived in the Hampton Roads community for 30 years. 

Lis has litigated and settled cases in both civil and criminal areas of the law, having worked in criminal defense, personal injury, and family law. Lis enjoys working closely with clients and advocating on their behalf. She was also the recipient of The Counselor at Law Award from Regent University School of Law for demonstrating a commendable level of skill in advocating, negotiating, and litigating on behalf of clients with a positive outcome. 

Prior to becoming an attorney, Lis served honorably in the U.S. Navy and understands the unique and difficult circumstances military families face when having to navigate through areas of the law.  She completed nine deployments, including multiple tours in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. 

Her education includes a Bachelors degree from Old Dominion University,  Masters degree in Business from the Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey, California, and law degree from Regent University School of Law. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys every opportunity to serve the Hispanic community

Lis is a member in good standing of the Virginia Bar Association, Norfolk and Portsmouth Bar Association, Virginia Women Attorneys Association, Federal Bar, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and Phi Alpha Delta fraternity. Lis previously served as the President of the Hispanic Law Student Association at Regent University School of Law and Senior Editor for the Journal for Global Justice and Public Policy at Regent University School of Law.
